Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question: ships from china?
Answer: I received the rails 7 days after I ordered them, so I'm sure they were shipped from USA. -
Question: We have a pride scooter. we can get it up about half way. then the wheels get stuck on the rails also the little stabilizer wheels get stuck. help?
Answer: With the limited ground clearance that the Pride Scooter has you’re going to need ramps with lower sides. Possibly lay a board on the ramp to lift the Scooter. As far as the stabilizer wheels issue goes the board might help. I use the ramps to get my recumbent trike up on a deck on a mobile home. -
Question: Would the 6 foot ramp be good for going up 5 steps on the porch, using a wheelchair?
Answer: I am using these ramps to get my 3 wheeled Trike in and out of a 2015 Subaru Forester. The height from the ground to the back of my Subaru is 27 inches and the ramps work perfectly to roll my Catrike Trail in and out of the back of my Subaru. I'm sorry I can't provide an answer about using them with a wheelchair. -
Question: Will the 6-ft. ramp clear a 13" rise?
Answer: I use them to put my electric wheelchair in the back of my SUV, which is probably about 26”. I stand behind the chair walking between the ramps and use it’s motor to crawl up the ramp. They work very well and I love that they are light weight.
