    Knocked me out!
    This is nothing like drinking chomomile tea. A half teaspoon of this knocked me on my backside! I'd say it takes a little longer to kick in than some things - maybe about an hour. But it really had me a zonked out and in zombie mode, barely able to crawl out of bed for the bathroom when I needed it. Lasted a good 5-6 hours as well which is a lot longer than many things I've tried. Definitely a stronger sleep remedy than any other herbal supplement I've tried and stronger than most OTC sleeping pills as well. My plan at this point is to take this about a half hour to one hour before bed if I have concerns about difficulty sleeping. Then if I wake in the middle of the night I'll take Valerian to get back to sleep since that stuff seems milder but faster to kick-in. The only thing I don't like about this is that the pics here say the serving size is: 1000mg (about a 1/2 teaspoon) but on the package I received the serving size is listed as: 1 tsp (3 gr) So why did the serving size triple from 1 gram to 3 grams?? Also how did the density of a powder that is supposedly pure suddenly change from 2 grams per teaspoon to 3 grams per teaspoon?? Anyway this stuff certainly worked to help me sleep!
