    Gentle and Powerful
    This cleanse gives you the best of both worlds: it does not make you run to the bathroom and yet it still cleans you out completely. It includes more than enough capsules for the 5 day cleanse instructions so you still have some afterward to use as needed. I had enough extra to share with my brother. I have used teas and other capsule cleanses and been in pain. This one is pain free and IT WORKS GREAT!

    This is really working for me
    I don't have a regular bowel movement maybe once every 2or 3 months but with these pills I'm going every day twice a day
