Question: Every time I brush, the motor stops for about half a second and then starts again. Is this normal?
Answer: Yes. You are suppose to brush for two minutes 30 seconds each section of mouth. Lower right 30 seconds then stops. Move to lower left 30 seconds then stops. Same for upper teeth. Hope that helps. -
Question: Where do you get replacement heads with the tongue cleaner?
Answer: I would never us this unit on your tongue. A regular toothbrush has always worked fine. -
