    Dr Berg (yt) was right. This combo does seem to help my raging auto immune allergies. Side note: in order to get the recommended quantity of vitamin d, alone, you will need to take 12 pills a days. I've noticed success with using only 6 pills a day, but it makes for a more costly option to purchase a couple packages... Wish they had better packaging. It's hard to open it at first, and if you do it incorrectly, you have to find another container for all the pills. Hope someone reads this...

    Good price for the amount you get plus the D and Zinc. I used to use Now brand Quercetin, but I feel like that brand has really gone downhill over the last few years.

    Convenient & compact
    Convenient, as we've been taking these in the house to boost our immune systems in separate form. Having them in one place helps save space in the cabinet.
