Answer: There has been nothing posted on the FDA or CDC website. I've been taking this formulation for the past three years and my AMD has not progressed. -

Answer: Omega 3, I didn't smell the order of fish, however there is a slight taste of fish after use for several days. . Most products that list Omega 3 will have some taste of fish. -

Answer: It is made in WA state. The capsule (shell) itself is vegan but the medicinal formula has fish powder(it is stated on the label). So yes, that can be still misleading if label is not read carefully. -
