Question: How to use the back stretcher correctly?
Answer: For beginners or those who are sensitive to acupuncture, you can cover plastic nubs with a soft towel!!! It has 4 different stretching levels. It's best to start out on the easiest arch and build up your tolerance. It is so easy to set up and use. I like that it has two pads for replacement, the foam pad adds comfort and the silicone pads gently compress & massage my spine. I've been having sciatic issues. When I first laid down, my back felt instant relief and like I can get some sleep. Highly recommend this product for pain relief and stretching! Just a few minutes a day makes a difference. -
Question: Is it effective for back pain relief?
Answer: I’ve been using this for 1 month and I can’t explain how wonderful it is! I’ve worked on a computer for 25 years and even though I workout I ALWAYS had back pain. I just couldn’t bend my spine backward! It hurt to bend forward and then come back to upright so much. After one use I could tell a difference. It makes me at maximum relaxation while stretching my back. I rarely have back pain now thanks to this stretcher! I’ve never felt better! I will use this product for the rest of my life!! Thank you so much to the creator!! You’ve changed my life.
