Question: Are these dishwasher safe?
Answer: YES they are. What's NOT safe is ANY dishwasher pod with a so-called dissolvable clear plastic wrapper.....these will gum-up the inner workings of the dishwasher over time and cause problems. Just ask dishwasher installers and repairmen!! -
Question: Are these the newer style that have the clear wrappers that dissolve in the dishwasher rather than the ones you have to open yourself?
Answer: I really like that they are individually wrapped! They don’t stick together like the gel ones. Just open the small foil wrapped and pop the individual pod in the dishwasher then throw the foil wrapper away! So easy and cleans dish well! I have been using these for years! -
Question: pod dimension?. "fat" pods often stick dispenser door shut, so soap never makes it into machine. i need thickness and side of pod in inches.
Answer: Finish Powerball Tabs are approximately 1.5" x 1.0" x 0.5". Additionally, the tabs can be placed on the floor of the dishwasher. We appreciate your interest in our product. -
Question: Do I need to also use a drying agent with these?
Answer: Using Finish Powerball Tabs will provide better results than using a detergent alone. However, due to varying water conditions some people will achieve better results by using an additional rinse agent during the rinse cycle. -
Question: Do we need to add the water softener salt too along with the tabs? or is just a tab is enough?
Answer: The tab is just enough, nothing extra needed. -
Question: Does It Come In Yellow?
Answer: Finish® Powerball Tabs are blue and white with a red Powerball. -
Question: Can I use this to polish my Fabergé egg?
Answer: Although I don't know the answer to your question, I'll put in my two cents. This detergent is not something I would put in contact with a precious item. You can probably wash the egg in warm water, using gentle soap. -
Question: can I use these to clean my toilets?
Answer: This product is specially formulated to clean the food particles left on dishes. The product is not recommended to use to clean toilets. -
Question: The description says that it has a rinse agent. does that mean i don't need to an additional rinse aid like jetdry?
Answer: We recommend adding a rinse agent to your wash to help speed up drying. The rinse agent in the Finish Powerball will also help to remove spots and residue from your dishes and glassware. We hope this information helps!
