Answer: Other than flavor the matcha green tea will have 16mg of recurring caffeine per 500ml of water. Matcha green tea is one of my favorites, especially warmed up on cold days! -

Question: What is the electrolyte profile of Skratch Labs Hydration Mix?
Answer: Potassium and magnesium are not present, so it should NOT be considered as an electrolyte replacement for athletes. Without potassium, it could be potentially dangerous in hot weather. -
Question: Are the singles for 20 ounce bottles of water?
Answer: Each single serving is designed to mix with 16 oz of water. But you can certainly use it in a 20 oz. bottle as well, it will just be a bit more diluted.
