Question: Does the sticky side go down on the shoe, or up on the foot heal? No instructions came with my product.
Answer: I set the wedges sticky side down just after Christmas and they have not budged. Awesome product has helped so much. -
Question: Can I buy a set that is the same even height for my foot that normal? Only my right ankle rolls (eversion).
Answer: You get 3 pairs, so you can use only one insert in the shoe that needs it. You don't have to use another one in the other shoe if you don't need it. Try it & see how it feels. You don't have to peel off the film that covers the sticky side in order to try how it feels. -
Question: How do I know whether I need a small or large size?
Answer: i used my shoe size 9 1/2 -10 and figured Large would be the correct size. It was and they are a big help. -
Question: Do I have to use the 3 pairs together in the shoes or 1 pair ?
Answer: One pair. And when you insert it into the shoe, put the thicker side toward the part of your heel that wears down the fastest. For me, I always wore down the inside of my shoe heel the fastest, so the thicker side is toward the inside. Just this small lift has extended the life of my shoes far longer than expected. The heels of my shoes are wearing down far, far less than before, and is wearing down evenly. One year later, and I'm still wearing the same shoes. -
Question: I just received this item and they are only 1.9 or 2 inches wide -- not 2.3". They seem too narrow for my size, was I sent the wrong item?
Answer: no because they do fit and i feel widen a bit on the non wedged sid -

Question: So am I correct and understanding that 1 side is 0.10" high and the other side is 0.39" high is that correct?
Answer: Yes that is correct. Helps to achieve proper bone alignment. -
Question: I walk on the outside of my heel so I always wear out the taps on that side. Does this product have a thcker side which I would put on that side?
Answer: I do the same. I put them in the shoe backwards, with the thickest part on the outside. It seems to shift my walk but I had them long enough to notice the shoe wear. -
Question: I wear 7.5 what size should I purchase
Answer: One size fits all adult shoe sizes & some larger child sizes. -
Question: If I wear a size 7 in women should I get small or large?
Answer: I ordered the small since my feet are narrow and a size 10 but the inserts I have only good for the heels of the shoes. I suggest get the large, I’ll be reordering the large when I can but get the large and you can always trim them to fit to your comfort.
