Question: What keeps this from slipping off the top of a step？
Answer: It has a non-slip pad on the back of the lip to keep the ramps stably on the top step. Once you're on it the weight keeps it down. Very easy and safe to use. -
Question: How easy is it to extend the telescoping ramps? I had a stroke recently and have limited dexterity with one hand.
Answer: To extend the ramp, you need to push the locking button at the same time. It may be possible, but could be very difficult, depending on what the limited use of your hand is. Otherwise, they're quite easy to use. They're not heavy, and are easy to move into place.
