Question: What is the difference from lemon lime and the matcha green tea & lemon hydration?
Answer: Great Question! Other than flavor the matcha green tea will have 16mg of recurring caffeine per 500ml of water. Matcha green tea is one of my favorites, especially warmed up on cold days! -
Question: What constitutes a serving?
Answer: I put one half of a packet in 16.9 oz bottle of water. Not sure if this constitutes one serving but using more makes water too sweet. -
Question: How many grams of sugar does it contain per serving?
Answer: 19g of Sugar per serving -
Question: Does this drink contain any caffeine?
Answer: I don’t believe so. Caffeine is dehydrating and this is awesome at hydrating. My dad is and Ironman athlete and drink this and the recovery formula as well. He won’t typically put caffeine in his body so that’s what making lean towards no. I don’t have my bag handy to double check. -
Question: Does this product use Stevia as part of their "Natural Flavorings"?
Answer: There is neither Stevia nor Natural Flavorings present in Hydration Mixes from Skratch Labs. We use real fruit powder to create an authentic and delicious hydration mix. -

Answer: Hello, Yes are products are Kosher, except Skratch energy chews. Skratch hydration mix is certified kosher by The Scroll K - Vaad Hakashrus of Denver. -
Question: Wow. That's basically sugar water with salt. Electrolyte profile? No potassium, no magnessium....just sodium, the least beneficial of electrolyte?
Answer: agreed...without potassium this product should NOT be considered as an electrolyte replacement for athletes. Potentially dangerous in hot weather. -
Question: Are the singles for 20 ounce bottles of water?
Answer: Each single serving is designed to mix with 16 oz of water. But you can certainly use it in a 20 oz. bottle as well, it will just be a bit more diluted.
