Question: I see that soy is listed in the ingredients. So they are not soy free.
Answer: Milk protein (milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed casein), soluble corn fiber, hydrolyzed collagen, erythritol, cocoa butter, polydextrose, milk, vegetable glycerol, egg whites, chocolate liquor, xylitol, chicory root fiber, unsalted butter from sweet cream, skim milk, cocoa powder processed with alkali, sorbitol, salt, sunflower lecithin, natural flavors, steviol glycosides. Contains: Egg, Milk. May contain: traces of soy, sesame, tree nuts and peanuts. Question: How come the advertising says 3g carbs but the nutrition facts says 19g?
Answer: If the sugar alcohols are Maltitol, Sorbitol, Glycerin, and __?__ (I forget the other) THEN you only subtract half of the sugar alcohols from carb count. Erythritol is the only sweetener that does not raise blood sugar so if that is the only sweetener listed you subtract the entire sugar alcohol content from carb count. Same thing as with Soluble and Non-Soluble fiber. Soluble does contribute calories so if you are being super strict just subtract half Soluble and Full Non-Soluble. -
