    So far works well can help keep blood sugar under control.

    Good bit a bit stiff
    The taste good and they are pretty easy to take though are a fair bit stiffer than most gummies. So it takes a bit longer to chew them then things like gummy vitamins.

    Gummy is better than pills. I can’t do large pills so gummy is much better for me to take. I like the fact that it’s sugar free and taste good too.
