Question: How do you switch the ear thermometer from Fahrenheit to Celsius?
Answer: Dear customer, thanks for your question. Here are the steps: 1.Turn on the thermometer by pressing the On/Scan button. The thermometer will perform a self-test with all segments displayed for 1 second and then show the last measurement value. 2.During the last measurement show, press and hold on On/Scan button to enter unit switch display. 3.When displaying the unit that you want, release the On/Scan button save the setting, and back to ready display for measurement displayed. Answer: Dear customer, The scan mode is the original measurement mode of Danz, which solves the problem of inaccurate measurement results caused by incorrect measurement positions. The following are the steps to use the scan mode: Step 1 Press measure button to start, the thermometer performs a self-check, which takes about 2 seconds. Step 2 Place the thermometer 0.4-2 in away from the left forehead, then press and hold the measure button from left to right, the scan will be completed within 3-5 seconds.
