Answer: They are difficult to build at first without tearing a handle. Hold the handles together first, then push down to make it bulge outwards before trying to hook one side over the handles. Then fill the box. Then push down again to be able to hook the other side. You will really need to push it down far to make it short enough to get the side slits hooked over the handles. But they hold well, once together.
