      Answer: The nutrition label is on the jug.
    • Question: is this lactose free?

      Answer: No, not lactose free. There's whey protein concentrate in it, which usually has lactose (vs. isolates and hydrolysates which are lactose-free). And they don't include lactase enzyme in the blend. Bummer for me too. Had to google for the ingredients: MILK PROTEIN ISOLATE, CALCIUM CASEINATE, MALTODEXTRIN, SODIUM CASEINATE, ALKALIZED COCOA POWDER, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, NON DAIRY CREAMER (SUNFLOWER OIL, MALTODEXTRIN, SODIUM CASEINATE [MILK DERIVATIVE], MONO- AND DIGLYCERIDES, TOCOPHEROLS), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, RESISTANT MALTODEXTRIN (FIBERSOL-2), POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, CANOLA OIL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, POTASSIUM BICARBONATE, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, LACTOFERRIN, SUCRALOSE, WHEY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE CONTAINS MILK INGREDIENTS.

      Answer: Both a friend and myself did not care for this protein powder compared to others we have used. I wouldn't say it was too sweet. Just didn't care for the flavor. I purchased the Intense Vanilla.

      Answer: I don't see a OU symbol any where on the label container.

    Taste is excellent
    The elite I think tastes better. But the 32g is very good it’s much sweeter more like a shake u get a Jack in the box. (I make shakes. Powder, milk, ice cream-300grams a day -64oz of shake a day. I eat almost a gallon of ice cream a day so… and even with this I barely gain weight and have a 6pack abs at 37. 🤣 I’ve always had issues gaining weight and muscle. My wife has noticed the muscle building when I drink my shakes and when I don’t have them for a while. But for 3 years I’ve been taking this and it doesn’t mess with my system or clog me up or any energy rush or crash. Very steady states great and works. No miracle drink for gaining weight u have to eat and exercise. This just helps those that need it. Great as a meal supplement. In a hurry whip up a shake and go. Love this stuff

    Good for the money.
    It's cow source weigh pwdr (not grass fed goats who are ultra ripped from doing yoga) so U can't complain about the price vs ingredients. It isn't loaded with fats ,or big carbs, but has a lot of protein, if the rating is somewhat accurate that is? The chocl flav is more like a 90% dark bakers bar flavor so don't expect it to taste like cheap powder choc milk mix. Some people like sugary milk choc flavor though. Works good if mixed with Greek yoqart making a sort of moose.

    Good but ingredients not CLEAN
    It's great value but the ingredients like canola oil and maltodextrin are inflammatory or simply put bad for you. It's decent in moderation but I would recommend cleaner proteins, especially if you're having a lot of this stuff a day.

    Doesn’t taste as good
    The media could not be loaded.  It’s an okay powder. It over powers the smoothie taste cuz it’s literally like strawberry milk

    Good nutritional shake
    The product tastes good, its harder to mix but I like the product and will buy new.
