Question: Could you please tell me how you’re supposed to use them? Can you run on these or play any type of sports?
Answer: I wear these heel cups over socks and fit into sport shoes. I do two things regularly: Play Disc Golf, and Running. In order to do both, without pain associated with plantar fascia issues I acquired over a year ago, I tried various 'remedies' including gel heel pads, plantar soles for my shoes, compression socks, even shoes designed to counter plantar fascia issues. Results were not helpful. And these heel cushion pads were the ONLY product that gave me ANY relief from that constant pain. Now I still use them as a preventative, and I recently purchased my second set because I wore the original set out ... I wore them virtually everywhere. Love 'em! -
Question: After shoulder surgery I have to sleep on my back. My heels have become very sore from the pressure on them all night, every night. Will these help?

Answer: Of course. I always wear them with socks. For reference, I wear a US Men Size 10 or 11 shoe. I wear them with steel toes, converse, and running shoes. These are easy to put on and you can wear them with any shoe type. It uses a typical velcro system to strap to your feet so you can adjust the tension and tightness however you want and wear them without needing shoes. Pick one up if you're trying to find some relief from heel pain! -

Answer: I have plantars fasciitis and a bone spur in my heel and it makes walking much easier than not having anything on my foot. It is noticably helpful. -
