Answer: Honestly, I fall asleep each time I use it. It doesn’t matter if it’s been in the freezer or refrigerator, it’s very cold when putting on so I’ve been lying it on my head and I fall asleep before I have a chance to put it on completely. -

Answer: Mine seems to only stay cold for 20 min max. It says don't put in freezer but I think if I did it would stay cold longer. 20 min is not enough to provide relief from my migrain
