    I didn’t know what I was missing!
    I have homozygous MTHFR gene mutations. This has been a such a life changer for me. It works REALLY well. I feel really good when I take it- and it tastes yummy!

    Best stuff
    I bought this to help with energy levels. I suspect that I may have a defect in my MTHFR gene but I haven't tested yet. I started with taking 3x the dose for a few weeks and am now taking just one dose per day. My energy has definitely improved. The taste is fine, a mild, non-descript berry flavor. I drop it right on my tongue, not gross at all. No need to mix in water.

    Husband uses this for restless legs due to his MTHFR issues. We've both noticed a tremendous difference at night time with is RLS.
