The core is SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer). It's a new functional polymer material. It has a high absorption function of absorbing thousands of times more water than itself and has excellent water retention. Once water expands into hydrogels, it's difficult to separate water from it even under pressure. Question: Anyone know if these underpads are latex-free? Didn't see in product description.
Answer: I have no idea. I just checked on my package and the pad itself and all it says is do not use if allergic to non-woven and Fluff Pulp. There is absolutely no ingredients or materials listed except the "Fluff Pulp" whatever that is....cotton maybe? The padding is soft to the touch like cotton and the waterproof part feels like soft plastic. They are made in China sooooooo? I will say we LOVE them!!! They are bigger than most and absorb really w
