      Answer: I've not had any issue with keeping them on during a shower

      Answer: When I tried to wear it in the shower it came off when I was drying myself and would not stick. So my answer would be no.

    Just what I needed!!!
    Quit smoking almost 10 years ago. For some reason I’ve been having strong urges to start smoking again. Tried various other smoking replacement products, but nothing helped with these new cravings. Thought I’d give nicotine patches a try. Within 30 minutes all cravings were gone and haven’t returned! The low grade depression I also had been feeling for so long - now gone! Anxiety is now at an all time low! As a bonus - the static shocks that I was constantly getting whenever I touched something metal - Gone! Did some research and discovered that nicotine therapy is used for various conditions (such as: depression, anxiety, cognitive enhancement, etc…). So it appears my body needed nicotine and not necessarily cigarettes. I feel so much more “normal” now. I will continue using a patch a day until who-knows-when?! These patches, for me, have brought my nervous system back into balance. And for that, I am most grateful!
