Answer: I don’t know if this will help but this is the best Moo ever awesome!!! It great on vinyl and wood flooring I even use it to clean my tub and shower walls it is the best mop I ever had depending on how you use it I would stock up on the mop heads I use mine every day they are washable they last about 2 months depending if you use a lot of bleach and make sure you wash them all by them selfs I don’t mix them with regular laundry and when wash them use colrox 2 or pine sole that way you killing the germs and make them last longer ❤️…. -

Answer: Hello, thank you for the question. The best way is to place both feet on the strands of the mop head, on either side of the plastic base, then pull the mop handle upward.
